Saffron Cocktail

A new and surprising taste, able to ignite the senses with originality.

Fundamental Step: dip the Bio saffron pistils in half a glass of hot water, leaving them to infuse for about 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Pour 4 chili peppers in half a liter of water, cook over a medium heat stove for 20 minutes without allowing it to boil. Add 1kg of sugar and stir until hot and dissolved. After making sure that the saffron has melted, add it to the sugar and chili mixture. Mix to obtain a syrup and in the meantime, pour ice, vodka, 0.75 cl of Oz, saffron syrup, pepper and lime juice into the mixer. After mixing vigorously, remove the ice and your cocktail will be ready to be served.
